Are there alarm clocks for deaf or hard-of-hearing people?

What alarm clocks are recommended for people who are hard of hearing? Do I need strobe lights and vibration or could a smartwatch/Apple Watch be enough?

The best alarm clock for the hard of hearing provides an alternative visual or vibrotactile alert rather than only a generic audio alert signal such as a buzz, beep or radio.

The alert signal can be in the form of a vibration or light. A vibrotactile alert on the alarm clock is a vibration that can be placed under the pillow, under the mattress, or worn on the wrist.

A visual alert on the alarm clock can be in the form of a light-up alarm.

The vibration from a smartwatch like an Apple Watch could be a great alarm. However, you need to consider battery life and comfort of wearing a watch while sleeping.
